The Kennel Club offers special after hour services. Please call us for more information: (310) 338-9166. ToursWe are very proud of our boarding facility and we look forward to showing it off! Tours are available:
Tours and/or visiting pets during holiday periods and summer weekends are to be limited and scheduled in advance. Shuttle ServiceThe Kennel Club will pick up and deliver your pet(s). Rates vary with distances traveled. We require at least a 24 hour notice. Shuttle service is regularly available Monday through Friday, 9:00 am through 3:00 pm. Special arrangements can be made for our shuttle service during weekends and holiday periods when given additional notice. MedicationFor pets that require medication, The Kennel Club will medicate per perscription instructions. An additional charge will apply based on the needs of each pet. BathsAll pets checking into The Kennel Club are checked for fleas on arrival. Any pet checking in with fleas or flea dirt will be bathed upon entrance at the owner's expense. (The Kennel Club recommends an exit bath for dogs boarding longer than three days, geriatrics, puppies, and long haired dogs. All baths include a pedicure, ear cleaning, and a complete brushout.) 1. For all pets being bathed on departure, you will be charged for the bath, but not that day of boarding, provided you pet is picked up during business hours. 2. If an after hour or holiday pickup is scheduled, you will be charged the after hour/holiday fee, the full day of boarding, and for an exit bath (if applicable). 3. There is a $25 charge for all pickups and drop offs on holidays and days we are closed. For all pets that are scheduled to be picked up on a holiday that are also scheduled for an exit bath, you will not be charged for that day of boarding when departing by 6 pm. 4. If your pet is not scheduled for an exit bath, to avoid being charged for that day of boarding, please arrange to pick up your pet during the following hours:
VaccinationsIn order to protect your pet's health, The Kennel Club requires that all pets boarding have the following vaccinations. It is recommended to have your pet vaccinated at least two weeks prior to boarding. Dogs:

We cannot board puppies under 16 weeks old, or kittens under 12 weeks old. Personal ItemsThe Kennel Club will provide cozy bedding and toys to all pets boarding with us, if desired. We will accept any personal belongings such as toys, carriers, beds, leashes, etc., however, due to our stringent cleaning policies, your items may be misplaced and difficult to locate on departure. Boarding ChargesBoarding charges are by the calendar day. Each pet is charged for the day of arrival regardless of the arrival time. 1. PaymentPayment is required for all services rendered prior to departure. A deposit is required for all first time boarders, pets staying two weeks or longer, and for all holiday appointments. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, and debit cards. We do not accept checks. A current credit card must be kept on file for all our boarders. | |||||||||||
